Angel's birthday card

I saw this idea in the march 09 Cards Magazine made by Mary MacAskill pg 76.  I changed it a bit making it a birthday card and cut out my own flowers (because i was in a hurry and didn't want to drag out my machines to cut felt).

I changed it a bit and added the "gift card/money" holder inside.  It is a 6" x 12" paper folded to make an insert for the "gift card/money" holder.   See how to make the gift card holder (smaller version) under "My Links" to the left.  It was super fun to  make and hopefully, my dil doesn't look at my blog before she gets her card.  :)

Sadie's Gifts LO

LO made with Sugared Basic Grey Embellishments and Paper.

This one is for the boys

I decided to make 2 additional pages one for each of Sadie's brothers.  It's a bit different from her autograph page.  I used Basic grey paper and the Crictut Storybook cartridge.  Fiskars border/emboss punch for the eyelet.

Dinosaur Cards designed with Ayden

My 2 yr old grandson, Ayden, helped me design these cards.  I would hold up the paper and show him the embellishments and he'd say which one he liked.  He was disappointed that i had already used up the chipboard dinosaurs from this set of paper and had to use a sticker and cut-out from the paper.  (He forgot that i used those chipboard dinosaurs on his picture frame i made for his mom for Christmas)   :)
